Return
- Eligibility: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Initiating a Return: Start your return journey by contacting our friendly customer support team at returns@girlyee.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for the return to get started.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
